Quincy Area Habitat for Humanity has a program for low income OWNER OCCUPIED home repair that includes minor repairs, wheel chair ramps and painting or staining.

To qualify for the program, families must:
1. Meet income guidelines
2. Have a need for assistance
3. Be willing to parner with Habitat to assist with the project when possible
4. Own the home and be living in it
5. Have current homeowner’s insurance

Habitat can give a family a 0% interest loan to cover the cost of materials. The homeowner can then make monthly payments to repay Habitat. All labor is donated.
